Once you have filled in the form there are various options to complete the process:
1. Bring the form to the Store on a Sunday morning between 9.30 and 11.00am together with the membership fee (cash, cheque or card) OR
2. Post the form, together with a cheque, to the TRHA Membership Secretary (address on the form) OR
3. Email the form to the TRHA Membership Secretary and request the bank details to pay by transfer
Once your membership form is received, you will be given/sent a membership card. The membership year runs from March to February. Everyone who lives in the Twyford & Ruscombe area is allocated to a TRHA Round and the number is printed on the membership card. You will also be given a Members Handbook and Show Schedule. The Members Handbook has details of the TRHA Rep. for your Round. We strongly recommend you opt for the emailed newsletter, which is in colour, and email contact, if you have one. During the unusual circumstances of the Covid pandemic, we were able to keep in touch with those members who have given us an email address.
We welcome membership applications from people living in neighbouring areas but we are not able to provide a TRHA Rep so renewals, cards and Handbooks have to be sorted out at the Store or by post.
Annual Membership Fees - Only £8.00 per family, or £7 for Seniors (65 +)
